Your participation is requested in the selection of outstanding alumni and friends of 威尼斯人博彩. 威尼斯人博彩 will host its annual 荣誉堂 Luncheon in the fall recognizing individuals who have gone above and beyond for 威尼斯人博彩. If you wish to nominate someone, this form must be submitted to the Executive Director, 威尼斯人博彩 Foundation by Monday, 7月4日, 2022. Any nominations received after that date will not be considered for the 2022 awards. Each nomination will remain active for a period of three years, or until a nomination has been selected for the 荣誉堂.
The Selection Committee will focus its consideration upon alumni and friends of 威尼斯人博彩 who have demonstrated the following:

Education experiences and awards:
Business/Professional awards, honors, and achievements:

List any additional information concerning the nominee that may be helpful to the Selection Committee in making its decision.
Information about nominee's family (Business partners, spouse, names and ages of children, etc.)
